# Statements

**Statements** has **Overview** and **Reports** tabs for the selected brand.

## Overview [#overview]

The activity table groups sales amounts, sales counts, redemption amounts, and redemption counts by currency. Use **Activity window (days)** to change the period.

**Outstanding liability** is the balance still owed to cardholders. It is not earned revenue. Keep currencies separate when reading or reconciling these figures.

## Download reports [#download-reports]

1. Open **Reports**.
2. Choose **All available sections**, **Orders**, **Activity**, or **Outstanding liability**.
3. Enter &#x2A;*Window (days)** for Orders and Activity, from **1 to 366**. Leave it blank for the default **30 days**.
4. Select **Download CSV**.

The window applies to Orders and Activity. Outstanding liability is the current balance, rather than a historical snapshot for that window.
