# Team access

Description: Understand Owner, Admin and Member access in Globagift, assign per-brand permissions and invite teammates to the right workspace.




**Owners** and **Admins** have organisation-wide access. **Members** receive access to individual brands through assigned role templates. Templates determine which screens and actions are available.

For example, Northstar Group can invite the spa manager as a **Member** with access to **Willow Spa** only. Their role template determines what they can do in that workspace. The organisation's Owner or Admin can work across all three brands.

Navigation changes with the selected brand and your permissions. If a screen is missing, ask an organisation administrator to check your brand access. A direct link does not bypass access restrictions.
