Your first gift card
Create and launch your first gift card product.
Once your account is active, you can create your first gift card product from the Gift cards section of the dashboard.
Define the product
The key choices you make when creating a new gift card product: design, type, usage, pricing, and sales period. See Gift cards for the full walkthrough of the creation form.
Choose carefully
Type, design image, and denominations cannot be changed after the product is created.
Submit and go live
New gift card products are created with an awaiting approval status. Once approved, the product moves to available and can be sold according to its usage setting (web, POS, or both).
Start selling
Once a product is available, how customers get it depends on its usage setting:
- Web: share or embed your webshop & integrations so customers can buy online.
- POS: issue the card in person from the POS screen.
- Both: either path works for the same product.
From there, Sales and Redemptions track activity as customers buy and use the card.
