Reports
Export sales and redemption data as CSV reports.
The Reports view provides standardized CSV exports of your sales and redemption data, for operational reviews, reconciliations, and finance checks.
Sales report exports
Order-level export with gross value and payment references. Choose one of the quick downloads (Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days), or set a custom range using the start and end date pickers, then select Download custom CSV.
Redemptions report exports
Redemption-level export with transaction outcomes, store references, and exception context. Same quick-download and custom-range options as the sales export.
Custom range limit
A custom date range is limited to a maximum of 3 months.
