Team access

Owners and Admins have organisation-wide access. Members receive access to individual brands through assigned role templates. Templates determine which screens and actions are available.

For example, Northstar Group can invite the spa manager as a Member with access to Willow Spa only. Their role template determines what they can do in that workspace. The organisation's Owner or Admin can work across all three brands.

Navigation changes with the selected brand and your permissions. If a screen is missing, ask an organisation administrator to check your brand access. A direct link does not bypass access restrictions.
